Deeply grateful and excited that "Magic City Blue no. 2" was selected to be in Milwaukee Artist Resource Network’s (MARN) “Catch the 22” Annual Members Exhibition that will run from January 20 - March 20, 2022 within the MARN ART + CULTURE HUB.

About the exhibition:
“Catch the 22” is derived from the term “catch-22”, a paradoxical situation from which an individual cannot escape because of contradictory rules or limitations. The term was coined by Joseph Heller in his 1961 novel “Catch-22”. However, the term is slightly altered replacing the ‘dash’ with ‘the’ and in turn, implying a strife toward resolve.
Mediums encompass video, photography, sculpture, painting, mosaic, fibers, mixed media and more. Themes and concepts include voter oppression, paradox, unexpected outcomes, push and pull, duality, absurdity, and the strife toward capturing time. Over 100 visual art CREATIVE / CREATIVE BUSINESS members located in Southeast Wisconsin will be featured.
